Looking Forward with MAT in 2009January 7, 2009 WHAT'S IN STORE FOR THE NEW YEAR With just one week into the New Year, Martial Arts Talent is already working on our plans for you in 2009. We are pleased to welcome a New Year with all of you. Each year we endeavor to add more resources for our members, and quite a few useful features for our daily visitors as well. A BETTER MAT FOR MEMBERS In 2009 we will enhance a few key items for our members, but we can't tell you what they are just yet...! What we can tell you about is the launch of our online forum. Tired of visiting the forums to see they haven't launched yet? Stay tuned for the announcement of the opening of the forum - a great way to interact with members*, promote yourselves and find what you need. *We've heard your requests but we figured there are enough social networking sites online, so we're sticking to a full-feature forum format. 
A BETTER MAT FOR NON-MEMBERS We'll also grant more access for job seekers who want a preview of the available jobs before subscribing. This is our way of giving back to the martial arts community. We take pride in being the number one resource for martial arts jobs online. Although the jobs section started out as a secondary element of Martial Arts Talent casting, it has quickly grown to become an equal section of our site. We will help it to better fit the needs of job seekers who come across Martial Arts Talent looking for employment.
